Our Story
DRIFT Cafe opened its doors in Hanover Center with a simple belief: that the best moments of your day — the quiet morning coffee, the afternoon break with a warm pastry, the Saturday morning grocery run — deserve to happen somewhere that feels like yours.
Every batch of bread is mixed before dawn. Our coffee is roasted to order and pulled with care. The shelves are stocked with items we'd actually keep in our own pantries: local honey, small-batch sauces, seasonal produce, and snacks that don't come from a factory line.
